Special screening in cooperation with the Bavarian State Ballet. In CRANKO, director Joachim A. Lang (FÜHRER UND VERFÜHRER) tells a deeply human drama about John Cyril Cranko, pop star of ballet and one of the greatest choreographers in dance history.

The premiere will take place in the presence of Joachim A. Lang, as well as the leading actor Sam Riley and the dancer and contemporary witness Elaine Underwood, who was brought to the Bavarian State Ballet by John Cranko in 1969. Moderated by Christoph Gaiser, the dramaturge of the Bavarian State Ballet.
